This website is designed for business enquiries from clinics and professionals. The current enquiry form does not store submissions in a website database. It prepares an email to intelligentoutcome@gmail.com using the visitor’s email application.

Do not submit patient records, personal health information, clinical notes, or confidential client information through this website.

Product data handling

Any clinic deployment involving client information requires a separate implementation scope covering hosting, access control, retention, consent, security, data location, privacy obligations, and responsibility for production use.

The public demonstration site does not represent an EHR integration, HIPAA certification, PIPEDA certification, medical-device approval, or enterprise security attestation.

Clinical boundary

Intelligent Outcomes is intended to structure client-reported information, clinic-defined assessment logic, practitioner summaries, client education, and outcome reporting. It is not a diagnostic service and does not replace professional assessment, diagnosis, treatment, emergency screening, or clinical judgment.

Examples on the website are fictional. Illustrative scores and outcome percentages are not promises of clinical results.

Neuroplasticity language

Questionnaire-based systems can track reported functional indicators associated with learning and adaptation—such as earlier signal recognition, increased behavioral flexibility, more consistent strategy use, and faster recovery. They do not directly measure neural tissue or prove biological brain change.

Project terms

Custom builds are governed by a separate statement of work or services agreement defining scope, fees, revisions, ownership/licensing, testing, clinic approvals, handoff, support, third-party costs, and data responsibilities.
